Christina Hirukawa is the lead consultant behind Expanded Field. Christina holds a BFA (Concordia University) and an MA in Art History (University of Glasgow) with over 12 years of experience in art consulting with a diverse roster of clientele
Over the years, Christina has worked directly with studios and artists to build their practice, approach and execution on private and public art commissions.
Working directly with corporate and individual clients, Christina has executed appraisals, collection management and special projects for PWC, Barclay's, and UBS. She currently manages arts collections over 100M supporting clients across the globe, providing financial and curatorial support on the development of these collections.
In addition to work in appraisals and collection development, Christina supports various brands, activates and engages the local and global arts community through special projects and collaborations including Microsoft, Conde Nast and JP Morgan.
